LivingPotential provides holistic health and wellness services in addiction, substance abuse and mental health in the City of Greater Sudbury area.

LivingPotential owners James Bolan and Stephanie Kehoe bring over 30 years of professional, ethical counselling experience providing ADAT assessments, group therapy and case management to clientelle in the City of Greater Sudbury area.

Incorporating a holistic approach (Physical/Mental/Social/Spiritual), we utilize therapeutic techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Motivational, Resistance and Solution Focused Interviewing.

LivingPotential is partnered with local agencies NOAH's Space, GSPS, and SACY to work with the Rainbow District School Board in the new PASS Pilot Project (Positive Alternatives to School Suspensions). Students of Sudbury Secondary School who become suspended (5 days or less) will be provided with a unique opportunity to experience positive alternatives to suspension. With a variety of informative, motivational and psycho-educational workshops being facilitated by agency partners, the youth will experience and gain new insights, and valuable life teachings. With emphasis on students' responsibility and accountability; facilitators will build on students' strengths and interests as they nurture self-worth, healthier choice-making and respectable social and life skills .
